Class Logistics
Information about start time and what’s provided for the class.

What are the class start times and end times?
All classes start at 9:30 am EDT and end at 4:30 pm EDT

Are there breaks during the class?
Yes, There is a 1 hour midday break for lunch, as well as two 15 minute breaks; 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

Are there hands on lab exercises?
Yes, Each module is followed up with a lab exercise to re-enforce the module topic.

Do I receive any hard copy materials for the course?
Yes, all students will receive a hard copy of both the course books and lab books.

Do I need to bring my laptop to the training?
No, RTTS will provide an environment that will contain everything that is needed for the class. However, you can bring your laptop if you wish to take notes or to recreate exercises in a secondary environment.

Do I need any software in order to attend the training?
No, RTTS will provide an environment that will contain everything that is needed for the class.

Does RTTS provide access to the software used in training after class?
RTTS does not provide the software due to licensing concerns, but we can provide URLs to the evaluation copies of the software upon request

Does RTTS provide WiFi access?
Yes, we have a WiFi account that students can access.

Is food provided during the classroom training?
Continental breakfast is provided. Lunch is not provided.

Which airport do you recommend flying into?
There are 3 airports in the NYC Metro Area. JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark International Airport. They are all about the same distance from Manhattan.

Cloud Training
Start and end times, requirements, access to class materials.

What are the class start times and end times?
All classes start at 9:30 am EDT and end at 4:30 pm EDT

Are there breaks during the class?
Yes, There is a 1 hour midday break for lunch, as well as two 15 minute breaks; 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

What are the requirements to attend a cloud training class?
All you need is a PC with Windows and an internet connection.

Can I test my connection prior to the training class?
You can run the following test to confirm that you have connectivity: Webex Test Meeting.

Can I attend a class if I am outside of North America or in a different time zone?
Yes, just be aware that all class times are delivered using Eastern Daylight Savings Time.

Can I take the class on the weekend or off hours?
No, classes are only conducted during scheduled hours.

Will I have access to the remote environment after the class is over?
Access to the remote environment will be open after hours during the duration of the class. Extended access to the environment can be granted for few days upon request, but is not guaranteed, depending on availability.
