Hayduk, a highly respected senior management
and technology consultant. RTTS began by supporting
test automation tools from SQA, Inc., a Boston-based

CA firm specializing in products that model and
aid in software development, acquires SQA, Inc.
RTTS joins the Rational value-added reseller (VAR)
program, adding a greater breadth of products to
their own expertise. |

Axelrod, then Regional Sales Manager for SQA,
joins RTTS as a partner with the role of Senior
Vice President/Director of Business Development
with Bill Hayduk serving as President/Director of

opens the Wall Street office in the heart of New
York City's Financial District. This facility serves
as the headquarters for North American operations. |

training courses supporting Rational's performance
and functional testing tools. Eventually, RTTS will
roll out and deliver courseware supporting Mercury
Interactive, Compuware, and other ASQ products throughout

Interactive (Nasdaq: MERQ)'s Alliance Partnership.
RTTS provides the expertise needed to implement
software testing and application performance monitoring
solutions, in addition to training classes that

signs lease expansion that dramatically increased
the New York office's space. The new space incorporates
state-of-the-art
training facilities. The space is utilized by
RTTS for the conduct of open enrollment and private

completes first build of its TeamRTTS
portal, an intranet support mechanism that became
a huge differentiator for delivering services. TeamRTTS
provides a unique system to maintain communication
and collaboration with our test engineers. This
system delivers a standard framework for defining
enterprise-wide test processes and workflow. The
portal is an interactive communication system supporting
knowledge management, document management, workgroup
collaboration, project and process management and
time & expense accounting. |

sales offices are established in Orlando and Phoenix.
RTTS extends geographically to client sites throughout
the United States and Canada. Industry-leading companies

signs a partnership alliance with Compuware
Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR) expanding RTTS' offerings
horizontally to deliver post-deployment monitoring
and diagnostics solutions that help eliminate the
high costs and loss of productivity. This alliance
also allows RTTS to expand vertically into Compuware's
ASQ product line through its QACenter
offerings. RTTS develops and delivers open enrollment
training classes on Compuware's QACenter
products. |

(NYSE: IBM) acquires Rational Software. This
acquisition provides RTTS with access to an alliance
with one of the technology industry's giants. RTTS
earns distinction as an IBM Premier Business Partner

and RTTS sign a partnership agreement. RTTS will
implement, support and provide educational services
for Microsoft’s Visual Studio Team System for
Testers suite. The partnership provides RTTS with

company. RTTS is the only pure-play testing firm to
support Team System. |
