Bill Hayduk
Founder, President, Director of Professional Services
Bill has an excellent reputation in the technology field and is particularly
noted for his test methodology and automation expertise. Over the last 15 years,
Bill has successfully implemented large-scale automation projects at many
Fortune 500 firms. He has managed projects in most verticals, including banking,
brokerage, multimedia, ISVs, government, telco, healthcare, education,
pharmaceutical and insurance.
Prior to working in test automation, Bill spent three years as a management
consultant. Bill advised on a global bank’s business process reengineering
effort of their global trade unit and was also a key member of a special project
core group working on one of the world’s largest insurance firm’s conversion
from a mutual insurance company to a publicly traded firm.
Previously, Bill spent nine years in the foreign exchange industry in various
senior positions, culminating in Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of a
foreign exchange trading firm where he managed the firm’s trading, sales,
marketing, technology, operations and finance.
Bill holds a Master of Science degree in computer information systems from the
Zicklin School of Business (Baruch College) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics
from Villanova University. He has been a selected speaker at industry-specific
trade conferences, as well as a source of information for corporations and has
been referenced in many industry trade publications.
Ron Axelrod
Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development
Ron has over 25 years of demonstrated success as a sales executive in software
and services companies and has managed successful sales teams. Ron is
responsible for all sales activities and business relationships at RTTS.
Prior to joining RTTS in 1997, Ron spent three years working for SQA, Inc. (now
IBM Rational Software), an industry leader in automated software quality. There
he was integral in the growth of SQA in the Northeast area and provided numerous
firms with solutions for their complex testing needs.
As a sales executive at Digitalk, Easel and Pansophic, Ron demonstrated his
ability to successfully increase sales revenue, establish multi-million dollar
accounts and cultivate business in new market segments leading to positive
growth and marked prominence in the marketplace. Ron has earned distinction with
multiple awards for his achievements including Easel's Salesman of The Year
award. Ron holds a BA from Rutgers University in Economics.
Jeff Bocarsly, Ph.D.
Vice President, Division Manager for Functional Testing Services
Jeff has successfully implemented automated software testing projects at many
Fortune 500 firms over the last six years. His experience includes projects in
various sectors including financial services, software vendors, media,
pharmaceutical, and insurance / reinsurance companies. He specializes in
implementing test automation and methodology solutions. Jeff is an expert
architect with specific expertise in application development and programming and
is co-author (with Dan Chirillo) of the upcoming book "Automating Testing of
HTML and Java Applications With IBM Rational Functional Tester".
Jeff's prior experience comes from the academic field, where he was a professor
of chemistry at the University of Connecticut. Jeff also provided UNIX system
and LAN administration. Jeff also was a postdoctoral associate at Yale
University.
Jeff holds a BS from UCLA, a Masters degree and Ph.D. from Columbia University.
Jonathan Harris
Vice President, Division Manager for Performance and Scalability Services
Jon is recognized as one of the foremost experts in the field of
scalability/performance testing. Jon has planned, executed and analyzed data for
over 450 performance evaluations within every major market segment. With over 18
years of experience in programming and testing, he has spearheaded the
development and implementation of RTTS' proprietary scalability testing
methodology.
Previously, Jon was lead architect for Promark, Inc. where he developed the
front-end interface to the Promark Robot, now Compuware's QA Load. After its
acquisition by Compuware Corporation in 1995, Jon was promoted to senior
consultant for the professional services division before he became RTTS'
scalability division manager in 1997.
Jon studied computer science and biology at Carnegie Mellon University.
Eric Smyth
Director of Educational Services
Eric has been a member of the RTTS team for over six years. He is responsible
for all internal and external training at RTTS. Eric is regarded as an industry
expert in the Quality Assurance field because of his extensive experience in
teaching and implementing automation tools and testing processes. Eric is a
Certified Mercury Instructor in WinRunner, QuickTestProfessional, and Quality
Center. He is also certified to teach Compuware’s TestPartner, IBM Rational
Functional Tester, and Rational Robot. Eric has worked on a myriad of Fortune
500 client sites and has transferred his expert knowledge through teaching and
mentoring hundreds of quality assurance professionals.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers
University.
George DeMaria
Controller
George is an expert in accounting and finance with over twenty five years experience in the field and has practiced in both the public and private sectors. Previously, he was employed by for Technical Support Services Inc., where he was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. George is responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting along with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting departments.
George holds a BBA in Accounting from Iona College.
Lauren Medway
Director of Marketing
Lauren's responsibilities include developing and executing strategy for all marketing and communications across the company.
Most recently, she served as American University’s Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications, where she
successfully planned and managed marketing initiatives across the university. Prior to that, she spent
several years as Marketing Manager for American University’s Kogod School of Business and worked as a marketing
specialist for an information technology and engineering consulting firm.
Lauren holds an MBA in Marketing from American University and a BA from Tulane University.
