have access to online learning courses that
are part of your ongoing education program.
These courses are requirements for
advancement to the next rung on the RTTS
pyramid — Senior Engineer or Senior Quality
Assurance Analyst.
Those senior employees that demonstrate
strong initiative and leadership ability are
advanced into Team Lead positions where you
will manage a team of RTTS employees on
client site.
