• Drafting, editing and maintaining digital and print selling material
• Updating and maintaining the client database
• Assisting with events, trade shows and interacting with our business alliance partners
• Conducting client satisfaction surveys
• Helping to maintain RTTS' Social Media presence
• Compiling reports about our Web Marketing activities
• Helping to monitor visitors' behaviors on our websites, and seeking out trends
• Assisting with other activities as assigned

• Ideal candidate has strong writing skills, is detail-orientated, responsible and proactive in their approach to work
• Possesses excellent computer skills and picks up technology quickly (Software used: Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, MS-Office)
• Has an outgoing personality and effective communication skills
• Must be well organized and have demonstrated ability to multitask
• Can execute duties in a timely manner
• HTML/CSS skills are plus
