• Review resumes and select candidates for phone screen interviews
• Schedule and conduct phone screen interviews with qualified candidates
• Maintain and update key metrics information
• Send marketing materials to campus faculty and staff
• Assist managers to develop/revise job descriptions and screening questions
• Post positions on various online job boards (i.e. Monster, Linkedin.com) and with College and University Career Service offices

• Ideal candidate is has strong writing skills, is detail-orientated, responsible and proactive in their approach to work
• Possesses excellent computer skills
• Has an outgoing personality and effective communication skills
• Must be well organized and have demonstrated ability to multitask
• Can execute assignments in a timely manner
