The company, a survivor of the Silicon Alley

founder Bill Hayduk said it's signing a 10-year lease for 7,600

RTTS provides onshore offsite outsourcing for
Fortune 500 companies, including Merrill Lynch, Pfizer Inc.,

testing and quality assurance. "We make sure their application
does what it's supposed to do on the functional side of things,"
said Mr. Hayduk. It plans to provide value-added services to

BearingPoint and Tata. "We're a premium brand," said Mr. Hayduk.
