2. A phone interview is conducted. During this interview, we will collect
requirements information and gather an understanding of the application and
its environment.
3. We will script transactions, run tests and analyze results. RTTS' team of
expert test engineers will then script the necessary business transactions
and execute scalability/load testing. We will then compile an extensive
report and meet with you to present our findings. Our report will include:
•
An analysis of all user scenarios and transactions run, along with
performance times for each transaction.
•
Performance results of the application/web servers, database servers, the
network and other components.
•
Conclusions that compare actual results to desired performance requirements
or service level agreements.
•
Possible courses of action for tuning and optimizing the application and
architecture.

TERMS: In most cases, these performance tests will be conducted
remotely, therefore public or remote access must be available to the testing
team. Confidentiality agreements will be executed if requested. Submission
