Enterprise Account Executive – Consulting Services

RTTS is the premier pure-play QA & testing organization that specializes in test automation. With headquarters in New York and customers throughout North America, RTTS has been serving Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies since 1996. 

We’re looking for a salesperson who will be responsible for developing, closing, and managing new client business. You will identify and farm relationships while expanding our customer base. Your focus will be to meet and hopefully exceed quota by prospecting and closing accounts through individual initiative while leveraging the marketing and technical teams. 

Our office is located in midtown Manhattan, so our business hours are Eastern Time. Since the advent of Covid-19, employees have been working remotely, with some staff and engineers coming into the office a few times per month. But this is not a requirement of the Enterprise Account Executive position – working remotely 100% of the time is an option. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns
  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition and expand existing accounts
  • Manage prospect meetings and deliver services presentations along with technical team members
  • Maintain activity to hit minimum KPIs and log all data in Salesforce/Salesloft
  • Build a value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customers’ business model
  • Manage and cultivate accounts to ensure client success


  • College degree
  • 5+ years of experience successfully selling consulting services (preferably selling quality engineering & test automation solutions) into Fortune 1,000 companies
  • Proven track record of continually exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly through emails, online meetings, and phone calls
  • Experience working independently
  • Coachable with a willingness to improve
  • Basic knowledge of and experience in the IT industry
  • Experience using Salesforce and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with Salesloft and ZoomInfo are nice-to-have but not mandatory
