This course teaches system administrators or development team leaders how to install, configure, and maintain a Jazz Team Server environment. Topics include planning a deployment topology and software infrastructure for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications, installing and configuring the required software packages, managing users and licenses, maintaining and troubleshooting Jazz Team Server, and implementing upgrades to the system.

The Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) provides a fully-integrated environment that includes Rational Requirements Composer for requirements definition and management, Rational Team Concert for change and configuration management, and Rational Quality Manager for quality management.
