Bill Hayduk

Bill has an excellent reputation in the technology field and is particularly noted for his test methodology and automation expertise. Over the last 20+ years, Bill has successfully implemented large-scale projects at many Fortune 500 firms. He has managed projects in most verticals, including financial services, multimedia, software, government, telco, healthcare, education, pharmaceutical and insurance.

Prior to RTTS, Bill was a management consultant and advised on a global bank’s business process re-engineering effort and was also a key member of a special project group working on a Fortune 500 insurance firm’s conversion from a mutual insurance company to a publicly traded firm.

Previously, Bill spent nine years in the foreign exchange industry in various senior positions, culminating in Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of a foreign exchange trading firm where he managed the firm’s trading, sales, marketing, technology, operations and finance.

Bill holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the Zicklin School of Business (Baruch College) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University. He has been a selected speaker at conferences, as well as a source of information for corporations, analysts and M&A firms and has been referenced in many industry trade publications.

Jeff Bocarsly, Ph.D.

Jeff has successfully implemented automated software testing projects at many Fortune 500 firms. His experience includes projects in various sectors including financial services, ISVs, media, pharmaceutical, and insurance / reinsurance. He specializes in implementing custom test automation and methodology solutions.

He is co-author of Software Test Engineering with IBM Rational Functional Tester: The Definitive Resource,” which was published in Fall 2009 by IBM Press.

Jeff’s prior experience comes from the academic field, where he taught Chemistry at the University of Connecticut.

Jeff holds a BS from UCLA, a Masters degree and Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University.

Eric Smyth

Eric has been a member of the RTTS team since 2000. He began as a test engineer and then was the director of educational services for 12 years. Eric is regarded as an industry expert in the Quality Assurance field because of his extensive experience in teaching and implementing test automation solutions and testing processes. Eric has worked on a myriad of Fortune 500 client sites and has transferred his extensive knowledge through educating and mentoring hundreds of quality assurance professionals. 

Eric now leads the partner alliances program for QuerySurge, recruiting and enabling partners to provide successful solutions for their clients’ data-related needs.

Eric holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.

Homer Pope

Homer is responsible for day to day management of group of RTTS on-site Functional Engineers as well as client employee QA staff and Global Offshore test groups. Responsible for Test Planning, Test Design and implementation/execution of manual and automated test scenarios. Oversaw Resource management, implemented metrics and test coverage reporting, and recommended improvements to the SDLC. Responsible for mentoring and training of junior test engineers in both manual and automated testing disciplines.

Homer graduated from Queens College with a BA in Computer Science and received a CTA in software development from Columbia University.

James Kim

James is responsible for day-to-day management of RTTS on-site Performance Engineers as well as his on-site client responsibilities. Has over a decade of experience implementing successful performance solutions for many clients within different industries. Assisted in implementing performance best practices with migrating on-prem applications into the cloud (Microsoft Azure).

James received a BS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

George DeMaria

George is an expert in accounting and finance with over twenty five years experience in the field and has practiced in both the public and private sectors. Previously, he was employed by Technical Support Services Inc., where he was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. George is responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting along with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting departments.

George holds a BBA in Accounting from Iona College.

Joe joined RTTS in 2008 and immediately had an impact with his technical skills and business acumen. Joe runs all internal technology and operational activities while also running all external software support.

Joe holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Yeshiva University and an MS in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University.
